This event is open to anyone looking to network with investors, aspiring investors, and other professionals who have big goals that they want to accomplish through real estate investments. While the title says Montco, this is really open to anyone that wants to attend--I was told by another investor that there are no local groups affiliated with Bigger Pockets, and I think a lot can be accomplished when we put our heads together.
I have 9 years' experience as a successful Realtor, and my wife and I are now starting to invest as well. Our ultimate goal is to realize a positive cash flow of $1 million / month, and leave a significant legacy for our children and future generations, and we plan to do that through the purchase of multi-family properties throughout the country.
In this initial meeting, we will get to know each other and come up with a list of topics that we would like to explore further, and I will then start lining up people to present at future meetings so that we can make sure we all have the resources and connections that we need in order to be successful.
Once I see how many people are interested, I will pick the best location. As for cost, I put $0 because I'm not charging a "cover" charge, but the meeting will likely be at a restaurant where people can pay for whatever they order.
I hope this is the start of something amazing!

Folks in Montgo may also be interested in the DIG (Diversified Investor Group) meeting who's Montgo/Chester county subgroup meets once a month in Oaks.
Other subgroups meet in Conshohocken, Philly and the main meeting takes place in Ambler.
