Good afternoon! 

We are a group of investors focused on sharing experiences and helping each-other navigate the ins and outs of real estate investing in Northern NJ, NY state and beyond. This is a new group and we are very open to connecting with other groups in nearby areas who’s like to join forces. 

This time, we are meeting at "Just Jake’s" in their lovely back room at 30 S Park St, Montclair, NJ 07042 on Sunday Sept 24th from 4-6pm.

    Since this is the first event I'm hosting, this will be primarily an opportunity for those in the area to gather and meet each other, and to learn more about what each person does and is looking to create.

    Hi Anastasia - I'm a CRE MF broker in NYC, but interesting in investing in into single or two fam in NNJ, so this sounds very interesting. And note that the event time above says 6pm although you wrote 4pm-6pm in the first comment. Might lead to confusion later so thought I'd mention it. Looking forward to meeting then.

    @Miguel Jauregui Thank you so much for your interest and for pointing out the timing issue! I'm going to try to figure out how to edit this invite since I just called Just Jakes and they confirmed that Sun Sept 24th 5-7pm works best for them due to a brunch happening earlier. 

    Does that work for everyone planning to come?

    If not I'll try to push to get us into the space earlier, but otherwise let's plan on meeting at JUST JAKE'S

    Live in NYC and work in NJ. Own and manage several 2-4 families in the Rochester, NY area but am looking to move things closer to home.
