Hello investors in the Quad City area and beyond. We are starting a bi-weekly meet up to network, discuss current topics, and learn from local professionals in the area. The group is for new investors looking to break in to multi-million dollar syndicators alike. We will invite investors to present completed deals, perform deal analysis, speak on topics they are intimately familiar with, along with professionals in the real estate profession. We are currently using a 20 unit building I will have just closed on for our first meet up location. We will be moving the meetings quarterly around the QC.

If anyone has suggestions for a bar or restaurant that would offer us a room to use in order to control volume we would welcome those suggestions we will be moving the meet up in July. Please Share amongst you BP mates and those who invest not yet on BP! If you plan on coming to this fist of our regular meet ups please let me know so we account for enough chairs and tables for everyone.

The first meeting will be a meet and greet networking event. We will have wine,beer, and soda on hand along with light snacks, feel free to bring your favorite to share. Please RSVP.
