Our 2 hour meeting includes networking and then expert presentation this months topic is on REO's and Foreclosures. Our speaker is Sandi Bauman of Chico Homes Real Estate Sales and expert in Bank owned and foreclosure sales will share tips on how to buy REO's and foreclosures.

Sandi is one of a small handful of agents that manages bank-owned property in this area, and has serviced more than 30 asset management companies since beginning in 2007. An REO broker's responsibilities are much more broad in scope compared to a traditional retail listing. The broker may address everything from sweet-talking an occupant into vacating the property to oversight of entire property rehab. Squatters, pot grows and temperamental asset managers ensure that the job is never boring. Her team services Butte, Glenn and Tehama Counties.

BIO.

Sandi is the Broker/Owner of Chico Homes Real Estate Sales Inc, located in California Park. Originally licensed in 2004, she went to work for Chico Homes and has logged over 1000 sales since. Due to high volume, The Sandi Bauman Team was established to cover the workload. In 2011, she received her Broker’s license and became the owner of Chico Homes. Sandi was ranked #8 in California by the Wall Street Journal for overall production in 2013. She has performed as the #1 top producing Chico listing agent 5 out of the last 6 years in terms of number of units sold. Sandi has served the local association of Realtors for many years and was President in 2016. She’s also a state director for the California Association of Realtors and is currently the Housing Policy Issues Chair for the Home Ownership Housing Committee.
