The January meet up is on for this Thursday the 19th!
We will be showing a few deals that are available in the market now. If you have a deal bring it, if you are just staring out this is a great opportunity to see what some deals look like. I will bring a few deals that are available today but will present last, if we run out of time I will skip my presentation.
Heads up- I am not a active realtor in the Phoenix market, this is not about me getting a deal or clients, it is about helping some of the new people see what a deal looks like in today's market place and some of our seasoned members add to or sell from their portfolio.
