I am starting a new REI group in Manteca CA. I have not been able to find anything local to Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Ripon, Stockton, Modesto, Salida. There will be no cost and hors d'oeuvres will be served. The goal of this group is to meet other investors in the area, learn from each others mistakes and maybe team up on some deals. The agenda for the first meeting is: introductions, talk about what we would like to get out of the group and networking. Please let me know if you are interested in coming so that I can judge the amount of food needed.
