If you are interested in apartment investing and live in New Mexico, come to Apartment Investment Mastery Albuquerque Meetup Group.  We meet on the second Wednesday of the month at North Domingo Baca Multi-Generational Center near the corner of Wyoming and Carmel (2 blocks north of Paseo. 

  • Our next meeting is on October 12.
  • This month's topic:  "How to find great tenants" presented by Monarch Properties' Regional Supervisor Sandy Salata.
  • We start with introductions.  Come and meet like minded investors.
  • Our topic is followed by Questions and Answers, and Networking time.
  • Attendees should not be promoting commercial activities or products during the meeting. Private conversations during the networking portion of the meetings are open season.
