Let's explore all the ways to succeed in real estate without the challenges of those pesky tenants and maintaining a residential property. Just got back to the Bay Area last night from a multi-month road trip across the country :)
I'll be out there to say hello to everyone. Happy to give my 2 cents, or just hang out ;) I don't invest in CRE, but have seen hundreds of these types of deals in my former line of work. Always interested in learning more also.

    Hi Ryder, I did not realize you had your own meetup, a successful one to boot! I recently moved out of the city but still work in SF once in awhile. However, I won't be in town for this meetup. I did just join your meetup at

    to get notified of the next one. I always had a tough time looking for space in SF for a meetup and stopped looking after @J. Martin found his sweet spot in downtown SF but I always knew SF could handle more than one great meetup. Congrats on your success!

     @J. Martin has seen all sorts. Definitely hit him up to feel bad about your puny cash flow compared to the big rental numbers in the Bay!
