March weather is coming in like a Lion! That must mean we should all get together to warm ourselves up for spring by having some Dinner, Drinks and DEALS!

We are still located at our Favorite little Irish Pub, and through the great planning of our Host we have got the large room in the back, which means we get a PRIVATE BAR! Of course the Trade-off means we need to get up-to our Golden Number of 75 Attendees! And we need to have more than DEALS! Bring your appetite (If you are hungry please wait till we get the room to get your food!)

Last Month we had a handful of our core group and almost 20 first time attendees! What a chance to meet some new and interesting people!

Come on out and talk some REI with a great group of people, shop your notes, wholesale deals, find a contractor, or just get some awesome advice, this Friday at 7pm!

Rehabber's that are doing 20+ a year, wholesalers doing a deal or more a month, Out of State Investors getting those mailbox checks, Notes Investors, Tax Lien Investors, Private Money Lenders, and Builders!

We don't do speakers, sales pitches, or classes! We do deals! Come eat, drink, and be merry!

And as always, bring your Appetite and have some dinner, have a libation or two, and be ready to talk about Real Estate!
