ROUND TABLE DISCUSSION
BRING YOUR CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS!! How you pick and manage your contractors can make or break any real estate deal. Most of us work hard to find a project that makes financial sense and our projections of a profit hang on how well we execute our renovation of the property. Our noted panel consist of Austin BP veterans Jean Norton and Cory Young. I will be there to share my experience in dealing with mechanics liens.
