Mark Allen, GREA - Executive Managing Director and Co-Founder

Mark is consistently a top producing broker for middle market multifamily in Dallas-Ft Worth, and is always named a top 5 broker at GREA nationally. Mark is recognized by DCEO Magazine as a Top Commercial Real Estate Broker in DFW in each year, and Connect Media recognized him as a 2019 Next Generation award winner due to his success in the real estate brokerage industry. Mark attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and was a member of the Army football team. Post-graduation, he served in the US Army as a Field Artillery Officer where he led Soldiers in Operation Enduring Freedom – Afghanistan. Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales, Mark was a business development lead and consultant at MSC Software, working to understand his client’s challenges and business, while integrating MSC software and services to add value directly to his client’s bottom line.

Andrew Mueller, Director at Greysteel

Andrew Mueller serves as one of Greysteel’s primary points of contact for all clients interested in the Dallas-Fort Worth MSA. Specializing in multifamily property transactions, Mr. Mueller’s experience includes start-to-finish deal execution, contract negotiations, underwriting, and primary market research. Mr. Mueller also served on Greysteel's 2018 & 2019 Steering Committee.

Prior to joining Greysteel in 2014, Mr. Mueller was an Analyst at a national real estate services firm, where he was responsible for tracking and analyzing multifamily investment trends in Texas. Prior to that, Mr. Mueller worked at Braumiller Law Group, a top international trade law firm, where he collaborated directly with the CFO to analyze budgets and growth opportunities.

Jakob Andersen, Executive Managing Director at Newmark

Jakob Andersen joined the team in 2012 to partner in the Private Client Services division. He comes to Newmark from Archangel Capital Partners, a local Seniors living developer, where he functioned as the Director of Real Estate. Prior to Archangel, Andersen worked as an Acquisitions and Asset Manager for INCAP Fund, an Urban Land Developer in Dallas. Andersen is a graduate of the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he was an All-American swimmer.

Jorg Mast, Executive Vice President at Colliers International

Jörg is an Executive Vice President at Colliers, a senior partner, and the co-leader of the Dallas Multifamily Advisory Team. He is involved in all aspects of the team’s business and concentrates primarily on business development and transaction origination. Jörg has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience acting as both a principal and a capital markets intermediary with a transaction volume exceeding $4 billion. Previously, he was at JLL, where he rose to lead the Dallas Multifamily Investment Sales team. Before joining JLL, Jörg was a partner at a pair of real estate development companies where he was responsible for developing various multifamily and mixed-use projects such as Mockingbird Station in Dallas, TX and So7 in Fort Worth, TX. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University (TCU).

David Fersing, First Vice President - Director at Marcus & Millichap

David Fersing joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 as a First Vice President with the Fluellen-Hoover Multifamily Group. David’s expertise lies in Multifamily Investment Sales of Class A, Class B, and Class C apartments throughout the DFW Market and Greater North Texas. He brings extensive and diverse experience in the multifamily real estate industry with excellence and a client-first focus.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, David was a Senior Vice President within Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) Capital Markets. He was fully responsible for handling all aspects of multifamily brokerage execution and new business development. David’s previous real estate experience includes multifamily brokerage with The Apartment Group (TAG), and working at JP Realty Partners where he conducted landlord office leasing and asset management duties. Prior to that, David was working as a commercial real estate appraiser for Cushman & Wakefield and Ann Allison Associates MAI, where he began his real estate career in 1990.

David is married to Eugenia and they have three daughters Allie, Brittany and Maggie, and are active members of Royal Oaks Country Club and Park Cities Presbyterian Church. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys golf, tennis and snow skiing.
