We are a group that meets monthly, usually at a restaurant or bar to discuss buy & hold residential real estate. We often have a participant present a case study on one of their investments as education for everyone. We allow any vendors in the industry to have about 3 minutes to introduce themselves so that people can build their team of plumbers, realtors, insurance brokers, roofers, electricians, accountants, etc.
The group is filled with both highly-successful experienced investors and newbies. Come check it out!
