Greetings new and seasoned investors! I recently purchased my first property (a 4 unit apt building) and I am about to finish the renovation on the first apartment.
I'm organizing this meet up at the property location , and we'll go through the whole process from financing to finishing touches, problems along the way and lessons learned.
If you are like I was just a few months ago, afraid of the unknown and of pulling the trigger, I hope this will help you take that next step.
Afterwards in a couple of weeks I'll host another meet up at the begining of the next renovation to go over the renovation plan step by step.
No fees, not selling anything just giving back to the community that helped me start on the path to success.
You don't have to be a newbie either...anybody interested in real estate with any level of experience is welcome.
