Requirement: You must have investment experience in Jacksonville Florida to Attend. Investment experience is either having a rental property or completion of a flip in Jacksonville, FL.

7:25 - 7:40 - One room - Everyone makes an introduction(who are you, What value do you bring and what are you looking for?)

FAQ
Question: I don't currently have any properties in Jacksonville but I am really interested in the market. Am I able to attend?
Answer: Unfortunately, this event is only for those who have an investment in either of those 2 areas. You are welcome to come once you have a deal.

Question: Why do you only allow experienced investors to attend?
Answer: This is to allow the equal sharing and receiving of information to attendees. The attendees really enjoy an atmosphere where they can share and learn information equally.

A little bit about me: I am a buy and hold investor with 25 buy and hold properties in Jacksonville Florida.
