Multi-family property home owners?
Under contract to close on my first multi-family 3 unit home! This property is located in Tennessee. I need to find a good homeowners policy for this house. This is through my self-directed IRA and a non-recourse loan so I don't know if there are different requirements. Thanks in advance, you guys are awesome. ~Rudy
