It would be nice to meet other investors, aspiring investors, and any like-minded locals. I'm also interested in discussions about the rent moratorium and how others have handled it.

I've been in Lakeland about a year and a half and the pandemic thwarted any social networking for me.

If anyone's interested in a meet-up for coffee, food, or beers let me know.
