How to Create a Lease Agreement

Hello BP Community,

I am in the process of renting out my co-op located in Queens NY. This Co-op was purchased as a primary residence but due to financial issues I am temporarily renting it to a very close friend.

I would like to know whats the best way to go about creating a lease agreement for this property. Do I just type something up in MS word or is there a website I can download a draft lease agreement?
