General Contractor in Denver, Colorado!?

Hi all!

I just bought my first multi-unit in Denver.  Living in 1 unit and renting out the other 3!

We have some major electrical work to upgrade (old knob and tube, spilt units to their own meter, ect) and would like to add in baseboard heating/ductless ac units. Would I need a general contractor to help coordinate this work? If so, I don't even know where to begin to find one.  I would appreciate all suggestions for this project.
