Lease Purchase Agreement Templates?

Hello All, I am a relatively new investor.  I currently have a rental property in Maryland that I want to list on the market now. My current tenants want to buy the house but are not in position to do so now. So I agreed to sell via a lease purchase. I am looking for any templates or help with drafting a Lease Purchase Agreement not a Lease Option Agreement. Please share any insights or info that may point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for your attention to my request.
