Credit score for Florida

I have a small 1 bedroom condo under 500 sq ft in Dania, Florida. My condo is listed with a realtor and I told him not to accept anyone with a credit score less than 700.  Is this too high for Florida?  I live in NJ and it is normal to ask for 700+.
