Multifamily Investing in Nashville Tennessee Area

Hi everyone, 

My husband is transitioning out of the military into a DoD Skillbridge program that is bringing us to the Nashville area (specifically his program is in Franklin). I am coming back to the US (we are in Spain right noe) a few months before him to purchase our first invest property that we hope to be a duplex or even up to a fourplex (we plan to househack). We've been following the market via typical websites like Zillow and Redfin but we would really love to get plugged in with some good realtors who are familiar with investment properties in the area. If you are a realtor or know a realtor that may be a good fit for us, we would be so grateful if you would share their contact information with us.
