Feedback on BP Lease Agreement Packages - Helpful?

Would love to hear some feedback on the BP Lease Agreement Packages, especially the pack for California as it's the one I'd be using. To those who've tried them, any problems or concerns? Anything that's been especially helpful? Other thoughts?
