Hello all,

I am looking for some help please. Order of possession was granted. Constable got him out but the appt he expressed that he wanted to come back for all his personal belongings as he didn't HAVE enough time to get all his stuff out. Nothing was even packed. Question is, constable stated I have to now give him 30 days to get all his stuff out which is a lot of stuff and we can't fix up the place and get it rented out again and to top it off he left a cat there in the property.  Any advice on how to handle this especially with the cat?
