How to Set up management company- homes NOT owned through company
Hello, I currently own properties in NYC, NJ and PA. I am looking to set up a property management company that I will run (but the properties will NOT be owned under the company). What is the best structure? S Corp? LLC?
what is the best way for the rents to be collected? Through the company? Or to me directly?
