Condo Rental Advice!!
Hey everyone!
Looking to purchase a condo in cash for rental purposes.
Condo is about $70,000
Comparable rental rates in the area are about $1100-1400/ Month.
After buying the condo my on going expenses will be, HOA fees which include my Property Taxes and utilities. As well as my Home owners insurance. About ($400/Month)
Does anyone have experience with renting Condos?
Positives and negatives?
What us one thing you wished you knew before purchasing a condo for a rental.
