Hud owner occupied legal loopholes

I bought a hud home as owner occupied in Florida.  I moved in but then my life partner died from covid 19.  Are there any legal loopholes that would allow me to sell in less than 12 months so I can move back up north?  If there are loopholes do you have a link to them?

Thank you.

While you signed a document at closing stating you intended to occupy for 12 months, there is no deed restrictions that prohibit selling the property. Just document tour circumstance and sell the property
