Resources in Indianapolis: Maintenance, managements, realtors
Hello BP!
I am an investor in the Indianapolis market from out of state. My biggest challenge has been to connect with local resources that are reliable. I am looking for contractors, plumbers, electricians, legal (evictions), property managers, and others.
I think starting a thread on this might help people to invest in the area. I has been a bigger challenge that I initially thought!
