Returning rent deposit
Our renter is moving out requested to forward the rent deposit through Venmo because they don’t want to give a forwarding address. First time we encounter such request so I’m curious to know if anyone has done it.

I wouldn't do it. I don't have a Venmo account and I wouldn't go through the process of setting one up just to refund a deposit. And, as Kyle says, it makes documentation more difficult.
