How do you think Amazons announcement of putting 2 billion dollars in the housing markets in Virgina, Washington, and Tennessee will affect local investors.
Obviously no one can compete with the empire of amazon so how do you think them stepping into the housing market out there will affect local investors. How long till we see changes out there if we see any?
