Good People BAD circumstances
Family comprised of 5 people ( mom dad daughter grandparents ) daughter getting married in 2014 but staying with parents. Soon to be husband Army. Mom n Dad have twin sons Marine Corp. mom n dad want to bring fam closer to sons ( that's why the move). Fam owns home 15 yrs. mom lost job in 2012 had to file bankruptcy. Dad works n grandparents collect Social Security. Mom plans on teaching again once relocated. They also have 3 dogs. They have a beautiful home. Mom likes home decorating. Extremely nice fam. Mom n dad want to pay at least 4-6 mths rent where they relocate to so they have wiggle room to get settled. The fam has been up front with me. Like I said before they are also landlords now. They don't want to sell their home yet "upside down" they want to wait for prices to come back up. Mom would prefer a "lease to own" but due to the bk afraid people will turn them away. Not sure what to do with them. I really like them. Good people bad circumstances.
