Trying to transfer title to LLC

Hey guys, I'm new here and looking for some advice. I own a house in a different state (Mississippi) from where I live (New York). I started a company and intend on buying duplex rental properties in my area. I've been trying to transfer the Mississippi title over to the company but it's highly difficult and I can't get straight answers. Would there be a tax benefit to having the rent paid to my business account and mortgage paid from that account if the LLC doesn't "own" the property and it remains in my name?
