Shutters or no shutters on a SFH future rental?

Hello BP, second post here. I’m currently rehabbing a sfh (my first that I plan to rent out within the next few months). After removing the old rotten shutters off of this brick ranch home, I’m not so sure I should replace them. What are your thoughts on a rental home with or without shutters. The home is located in Marietta, Georgia (near Atlanta).

@Daine Johnson There are a few ways you can go about this.

One of my favorite ways I’ve seen is to use a software to add the shutters you are wanting to try and then seeing what it looks like with and without them. Instead of trusting someone who hasn’t seen the house it gives you the opportunity to pick the better looking one.

This also allows you to try different colors with the shutters.
