Evicting while waiting for deed transfer.
We are inheriting a SFH in Sacramento area while living in NYC. Currently there are 4 people living there w/o paying rent. We didn't get court approval to execute the estate , as we are rather doing a simple probate transfer at the end of January. We asked the court to move up the date but they're overloaded. Any advise on what I can do to get them out now?
