London real estate and short term lets
I am considering living in London part time, and renting out the property the other parts of the year. I am reading conflicting information on whether or not it is a good time to buy and where the market might be headed with Brexit, COVID, etc. Ideally, when I am not in London, I would rent out the property but I am not sure how the short-term rental market does in this location (not sure how saturated it is, and of course, right now understandably there is likely much less demand, etc.) Any guidance is welcome. Thanks in advance!
