Typical property management fee's
Hello,
I am in the process of looking for a property management company in Ohio and was wondering what is the typical monthly fee? I was under the impression that the average rate charged is 10% of monthly fee. Does the average change with properties who rent out monthly for $600-$800?

like most fees their negotiable if you only have one unit for $600/M a lot of Property Management companies are going to charge you more than the usual 10%. It's all negotiation the real estate commission says there no standard fees.
