Residential Structural Engineer Needed - Tacoma, WA
Hello all. I have a 4-Plex in Tacoma built in 1896. I need a structural engineer to advise and potentially provide plans and supervise permits and my contractor for a floor plan change on one of the units. My contractor can handle the work if he has the plans, he is just not comfortable dealing with the city on permits (I think because of a little language barrier). Any recommendations would be appreciated. Project starts on 11/1/2020.
