Increasing rent in Bradenton, FL

New to this, own a duplex in Bradenton, FL.  Are their currently any restrictions re: rent increases in Bradenton due to covid at the moment?  Rent has not been increased in over 3 years and is well below market.  Any restrictions re: increase limits?
