Hello BP members, My name is Jason and I have two rental property in Coeur d Alane Idaho. I am ready to pass off the management of my property to a property manager and am looking for any good/bad reviews of managers in the area. I reached out to two that had pretty decent reviews online and neither one has returned my calls? So they are out for sure, any experience, suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thank you all.
