Rental property calculator

We are newbie investors and looking to buy a Long Term rental property. However, when we put the info into the calculator we are stumped. For example, the house purchase price is $100k and for the 20% down we would have to use our home equity line. How do we add to the calculator the interest we would pay on the home equity line for the down payment?
