Long Term Rentals- How much insurance do you need?

My current understanding is you- need dwelling coverage to rebuild the house and loss of rents if something were to happen. I'm not sure how much more I need, and I don't want to pay a high premium if it's not necessary. I currently have 2 rentals in the greater Memphis area.

Any advice from some more experienced investors?

If you haven’t already I would invest in a umbrella policy that goes beyond your current general limits on your policy.
