Eviction in Baltimore City
I had a judgement on an eviction before COVID and am waiting for the sherif to schedule. Does anyone know when that work will resume? Or is the stay on evictions even for pre Covid evictions?

I will do my first one on my own house soon. I guess I will have to wait as well.
My renter let his dog **** all over my unit, and has been using the house as an animal shelter last couple of months.
I served him the breach of lease letter, I guess I will get the judgment since animal control finally intervened, was hoping it will be quick because it is not money related but I guess not
