Showing an occupied rental during covid-19 in California

Hi folks, are there any guidelines/restrictions to having an open house or single showing for an occupied unit? My tenants gave notice and will be leaving July 1st but I would like to show it to prospective tenants while still occupied. I already know these tenants DO NOT want anyone in their space. They never want me in there - they are very private. I'm in the SF bay area. Thanks

@Maya V. I suggest talking to your current tenants about making a video tour of your property. Video showings are becoming more common in these last few months with the coronavirus pandemic. Your current tenants should not have any objections to do so, since this way there would be no people would be passing through the property, and no possible exposure to the virus.
