Hiring photographer to take pictures after renovating?
I'm finishing up my first duplex/ rental property and I was looking hire a photographer to take pics I can keep for listing it since they can get wide angles and make the photos much better than a phone camera. I'm curious to know if anybody else does this and if so what do you normally pay it's a duplex and eats tide is around 770 square foot

I would highly recommend professional photos. They make a world of difference, and almost every single perspective tenant will find you property on the internet, so photos are a very big deal.
I just did a photo shoot of a recently completed project in January 2020, duplex with each unit being a 2/1. Cost was $120, this included photos of each unit and exterior photos.
