Investing in student rentals as a student!
Hello Everybody! I am currently a college student looking to get involved in the real estate world! One area I am particularly interested in is off-campus student rentals. I am asking for any advice on how to finance my first rental as a broke college student, and what steps you might suggest to help lead me in the right direction. Thank you in advance!
