Insurance requirements for my new multi family
I purchased a triplex in Aurora Colorado. I have hazard insurance and an umbrella policy. Do I also need a landlord policy?

First off, congrats on your triplex! Any multi-unit find in the Denver area is a good one. Does it happen to be on Dallas? I looked at a triplex out there with some buyer-investors.
Anyway, yes, you'll need a landlord policy on the property first and foremost. Your insurance agent should be able to explain the difference and why it matters.
Good luck!
