Tenants avoiding me

for some reason tenants stoped replying and paying rent at me and my fathers rental in orlando florida. my father usually deals with him but he’s getting kinda old and wants me to deal with it now. i tried calling them myself and left a a text. no answer what do ever. what do i do?

You don’t need to communicate any further. Start the eviction process and follow the procedures of your state. By the nature of the question I’d highly recommend talking to an eviction attorney.
