Hello all! Reaching out to see if you all have any recommendations for landlord insurers for a new investor. We are just starting out so no need to cover more than a few properties. Looking for big and small recommendations. We are in Columbus, OH if you have a recommendation fro someone local.

@Katelyn Murwin Congrats on starting out.

Depending on the type of property you are starting with will determine which insurance company has the best options.  Since I represent all of these insurance companies, I am not allowed to publicly post them here, but will send you a DM with the company names.

Example,

1 Single Family Rental (SFR), start with company A

3 or more SFR, you will want to move to Company B

5 unit property or larger, you will want quotes from Company C & D
