Reputable Property Management - Toledo 43610
We are currently looking for a reputable property manager for an upstairs unit in our duplex. Yes, only the upstairs. The lower level tenants are long term and we have no issues renting from a distance. The upstairs unit is in need of a clean out and possible repairs so we would be looking for assistance with that as well.
In addition, we are currently "re-starting" our search for additional properties so this could be a growing opportunity as well.

Good Morning Justin, You may have difficulty having a PM manage only the one unit of the duplex. What would happen if the tenants have a disagreement? If there are 4 parties involved (You and the bottom tenant and a PM and the upper tenant) how will it get resolved respectfully? Another thing to think about would be maintenance, What happens if the PM company needs to get into the bottom unit? They will need to schedule through you to get with the tenant to get back to the maintenance. Even though they are legacy tenants, the little things will make a difference. I would be more than happy to discuss this with you if you are interested :)
