Non-renewal of lease - Pennsylvania
Hi BP!
One of my clients is looking to terminate the lease after the first term of the lease is complete. It is in PA. Looking to see if there are any PA laws that might prevent a termination. Maybe there is an attorney or realtor that has experience with this. There was no lease infractions on either side, tenant or landlord. Tenant was a little "crazy" and really gave this first year landlord more headaches and emails... Also, Landlord will be selling the property.
We are on track to provide more than 60 days notice.
I think we are OK... just want to make sure... and gathering any thoughts...
Thanks,
Dave
