New rental property with no internet connectivity
I just closed on a brand new 4/2.5 SFR yesterday in a good desirable neighborhood to find out that comcast and ATT does not service my rental property at the moment and i know this will be a huge issue in finding my prospective tenant. 2 houses down from me had to wait 2 month for ATT DSL. Since he was able to get it, i didn't think it would be a big problem, until i found out from my next door neighbor who also closed yesterday was freaking out as she operates a home based business. What can i do in this situation so that i not holding a vacant property for 5-6 months? Is there any satellite options i can tell my prospective tenant about until ATT DSL gets to my location?
